Stuart is the principal at Rosenberg & Co, a niche firm specialising in residential conveyancing. Stuart obtained his Law and Accounting degree at Manchester University and qualified as a solicitor in 1989.
Stuart has over 25 years' residential conveyancing experience in private practice and has acted for buyers, sellers and lenders.
Stuart is a proud Northerner - he grew up in Leeds - and prides himself on having a down-to-earth, practical and approachable manner. He is passionate about guiding his clients through the conveyancing process which can often be challenging and complex.

Beverley de Vries - Solicitor
Beverley joined the practice in 2011. She has many years' experience in residential property and qualified as a solicitor in 1989, having obtained her Law degree from Manchester University.
She has mainly worked in private practice but has also worked as an in-house lawyer for a local authority and a development corporation.
Beverley has dealt with many freehold and leasehold transactions, including new leases and new-build properties.
